2022
GLD Alloys Established
GLD Alloys (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia and established its manufacturing operations in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
2023
Manufacturing Capabilities Expanded
GLD strengthened its manufacturing infrastructure and developed integrated capabilities in aluminium material preparation, melting, casting and homogenisation.
2024
RM60 Million Strategic Investment
GLD completed approximately RM60 million in investment to expand production capabilities, enhance operational standards and support its growth in higher-value aluminium markets.
Aug 2024
Joined the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative
GLD Alloys and AP Aluminium joined the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative as Production and Transformation members, reinforcing the Group's commitment to responsible aluminium production.

Advanced Recycling and Processing
GLD further enhanced its recycling and production processes through material crushing, flotation and X-ray sorting technology, supporting the production of high-quality aluminium alloy billets.
